Alloy wheels are made of aluminum and other metals for strength - I doubt you have to worry about rust.
- But is you fee it's necessary, you can use the all trust worthy JB WELD to fill in and reshape the missing piece, then sand it down a bit, primer, and use WHEEL PAINT, you can find it at your local O'Reilly Auto Parts or other auto parts stores.
I recently purchased some scion tc rims that had a fair amount of curb rash on the outter perimeter of the wheels. I just used touch up paint on them and it seemed to work pretty good. Obviously, I could've went all out and sanded, primed, painted but for $380 bucks (wheels, tires, lugs, locks) I wasn't really worried bout the wheels being perfect. You can hardly tell they have any history of curb rash unless you examine the wheels very closely. I haven't decided if I'll even finish off with clearcoast. I may just see how it holds up with jus the touch up.
