Wink seat belt light issue

Hi,
My car is 2003 Toyota corolla. In recent days, the flashing dashboard seat belt light is acting up. When I start my car, the seat belt light flashes; but as the seat belt is fastened, the light is still on and it is on all the time during my driving. What is the problem? How should I do? Can you help me? Thank you very much.

The answer you are looking fore is a 6 letter word "SENSOR" - more than likely the sensor went bad, contact Toyota for details; most likely it is in the actual seat belt buckle, or somewhere in the seat.

This is most likely your problem....

Thank you very much. If it is the problem of SENSOR, how much does it cost usually?

Look under the seat, there is a wire that comes out of the bottom of the buckle and goes under the seat, maybe the wire got damaged or simply unplugged as there is a connector down there for it.
