Does this happen with the AC off? Are the other speeds still ok?

it does the same thing with the air on or off. I just now went outside to see if all speeds worked and when i messed with it. it stopped blowing all together. earlier when it was on high it was barely blowing and if you turned it on lower speeds it would slow down.

Check the heater relay behind the glove box. Tap on it (HTR) and tap on the blower fan housing with fan on high, see if that does anything.

I went out turned it up high. tapped the box twice and it kicked on. is that an electrical box that will be an easy fix or is there a small motor in there?? i thanks you again so much, summer would have been brutal without air and shops would have charged me an arm and a leg just to find that.

Glad to help and I forgot to say . Just because it is fixed now doesn't mean it wont go bad again, or when it goes bad again it doesn't mean that tapping will fix it again. Were you able to find the HTR relay? Tapping on that next time may work too. It could operate fine the rest of its life, who knows. Something could be loose and the tapping moved what ever was in the way.

The box contains a fan, the same fan that is below the cabin air filter. The motors usually do not go bad, so if it does take a crap again, consider yourself unlucky, and they are not cheap.
