suggestion fog lights

Do you think super yellow halogen fog lights are worth the investment? or should i go hid ?

Super yellow sounds like some fake over wattage ebay light. 55 W is for low beam.

Do not go HID. HID foglights are worthless, as foglights are designed for use in heavy fog at low speeds (25mph tops). It does not take a lot of light to see the road edges and markings, which is what foglights are for.

If your foglight lenses are clear, you can make the lenses selective yellow with Dupli-Color Metalcast Yellow spraypaint. Don't use overwattage bulbs, and don't install HID 'kits' in them; they are illegal.

There are some selective yellow bulbs in H1 and H3.

Wow, I didn't know the HID kits were illegal. Course they don't say it when they sell it on their website.
