Canada 2003 Toyota Corolla Left Rear Speaker Replacement

So my left rear speaker is sounding a bit shitty I think because its ripped so when I went back to look at it the were no clips or nothing to take it out and the wires looked to be soldered on. How would I got about removing it and replacing it? Do I need to purchase a soldering gun?

Yea they are 6 x 9 speakers but they have to be certain ones to fit in with bolts holes but If your are different you could always drill new holes to make room for your speakers but if your speakers are bigger than 6 x 9 then it would be alot harder.
