2005 stereo and clock problem

I have a 2005 Corolla and this morning the stereo won't turn on and the clock won't display. I did some other research and is it possible that I have a blown fuse?

does your 12V plug in working? if not working that is the fuse blow under your steel wheel, just about your break pad, there is a fuse box, should be a 15A fuse

Clock

My clock died out on me a few years back, lucky while it was on warranty. They had to remove and replace the entire clock piece.
