Replaced belt AND tensioner....STILL rattle at Start up

As the title says....the infamous rattle noise at start up is usually a bad belt tensioner, a known defective part. Well I replaced the belt and the tensioner and still have that exact noise at cold start up. Goes away right away and only when I start in the morning or if the car has been sitting for 8+ hours after work.

Any other ideas oh Corolla gurus of the world?

Did you spin the other pulleys when you had the belt off?

Nope, didn't bother. Everything pointed towards the usual tensioner. Suggesting a different pulley is bad?

How long ago did you put it on? did you use on OEM one? and if so, which part# did you get, because that part has superseeded a few times.

Did this last weekend, used a new part from Autozone. if if the Autozone part isn't the upgraded version, it's new, and shouldn't be rattling already...no?

There is a Toyota TSB regarding this very situationl. They have redesigned the tensioner and the bulletin calls for replacing the belt too. I am suspecting that the Autozone one isn't up to factory Specifications. That is all I can really think of. Sorry, wish I had a better answer for you.
