Hi the names Ryan, & I smashed into a 2005 corolla today in my jeep! The lady was waaay nice & told me a she would rather not report it, so I offerd to fix the damage... That's why I'm here, does anyone know of a good place either on line or near SLC, UT that I can find the plastic trim piece that goes under the left tail light painted gold???

I tried the search but it sucks from my blackberry...

Junk yard, it should be pretty cheap, and even the dealer may have it. I believe the part you are talking about is called bumper filler. Might be best to get it new from the dealer since she was so nice, $30.

Ya I doubt I'll find any in the JY's but I plan on calling around tomorrow! The dealer wants $28 for the piece, but $100 for paint!!!

Ouch, $100, but that is cheaper than having a claim in the long run. You could buy it and take it to a paint shop, but you run the risk of not having the paint match correctly. Too bad there are not any junk yards, you could pick out the best looking one and clean it up.

Buy it for $28 and go to a local body shop and have them paint it, should be less than what the dealer wants
