4 issues with my 04 Corolla

Fellas,

I have a 2004 Corolla and I'd liked to know the following four things:

1. What brand of synthetic oil would you guys recommend and how often should I change it?

2. What Fuel treament do you guys recommend? If any?

3. At what intervals do I replace the spark plugs

4. Finally #4, Under the dashboard area where the heater/ AC knobs are located one of the compatment door flap connectors is broken. Is this easy to change

1. Pennzoil platinum 5w-30, 6,000 mile changes.

2. Gumout regane or redline sl-1, add to the tank before an oil change.

3. 100,000 miles with NGK or Denso iridium plugs.

4. You have to replace the entire panel, not just the door. The whole panel is expensive, and a junk yard may have one that is not broken. Magnets or velcro work in the meantime.
