Help check engine light

Corolla 2005 CE manual transmission.

Check engine has been on for a while, I took to autozone, codes came up as follows:
P0455 and P0441
Based on possible causes I am not sure what to check
any hints ?
Below are possible problem areas.
P0441
Evaporative emission control system incorrect Purge flow
Probable cause:
Leak in EVAP system
Blocked EVAP purge line
Faulty purge VSV

P0455
Evaporative emission control system pressure leak
Large Leak
Faulty fuel cap ( I have already replaced it )
EVAP Line Leakage
Pump module failure
Canister faulty

Did you get a letter in the mail about getting a new ECU for the recall?

Same problem and codes here - automatic transmission, 70K, '05 LE.
I've been to a Toyota dealership four times over the last three months but the light is back on again. After each visit light goes out for a week or so but then returns with same code each time. With each subsequent visit they they have performed one service in the following order:
- Charcoal canister replacement (cost me $650)
- reset light and codes (free)
- replaced ECM (free - TSB service bulletin recall)
- replaced fuel cap (free)

Was I ripped off on the first visit? Should I demand a refund?
I have called 800 customer service and opened up a case#.
What should be my next step?
