Sound when pushing clutch pedal

Hi!
I didn´t know about these forums and as I am looking for information and advice I have just decided to signed in.
I have a Corolla D4D 116 hp year 2003. I must say I am very happy with it. Passed the 200.000 kms and almost no problem.
Now I have a sound when pushing the clutch pedal (its sounds as a poorly oiled hinge).
I went to a Toyota dealer and they told me that in the movement of the pedal there were 2 metal tips and a spring that needed to be replaced. Cannot afford the cost (330 euros). They lubricated those parts, and the sound disappeared for 10.000 kms, and now has appeared again. As I cannot spend that money I am trying to solve it on my own...

Can anyone help me? I would be glad if someone can give advice. I have read in other forums that the easiest way to reach those parts is removing the dashboard... has anyone removed the dashboard?

$330 Euros - WOW. If you order the parts online somewhere I'm certain you can do it for cheaper. I'm not exactly sure what parts you would need, but someone will come along with the answer soon.
