Did you swap the ECU or not? What year is the donor engine?

The engine grounds (2) are at the back end side of the cyl head below the fuel rail line.
Are you 100% sure these are grounded to the head?

the two two wire grounds on the back of the head are bolted up,ive hooked up my scanner(matco determinator) and took readings from the following coolant temp 39 degrees IAT 59degrees IAC duty cycle 36% mass air flow .4g/s i believe it is a ground because when i goto start the car i lose power to the scanner and i have to turn the key off and turn key back on to get scanner to re-communicate to computer
