Fog lamps and dash light do not work

Hi there. I recently bought myself a nice 2003 Toyota Corolla S. I am the 2nd owner, and it has 210,000km on it but still drives like new! The only thing wrong with the car is that the fog lamps do not turn on, nor does the light in the dash. I replaced the fuse, but that did not solve the problem. Can someone please tell me what the problem may be? I just cant seem to figure it out. Thanks!!!

With the dash light not coming on it sounds like there is a wiring problem. Even if the bulbs/fuse is out the dash indicator light should come on.

So the fog lamp wireing may not be good? Thank you for that tip. I'll be checkin that out when I get a chance to use a garage... Workin on your car outdoors when theres 2 feet of snow out... Its not so fun. lol. Thanks again!!!
