Seat belt will not extend
Hello,
The rear, middle seat belt in my 2004 Toyota Corolla will not extend for some reason. I can't tell if something is caught in there or what. I know very little about car repairs, but is this something that I can easily fix myself or should I have it repaired at my local Toyota auto repair center? I'm hoping to get this fixed asap because I might have to drive with my newborn niece in the back. I would hate to have to fasten her carseat in the driver-side or passenger-side seatbelts. Thanks in advance for your help!
