New to car

I finally came across to the forum and be a member on the toyota family.

I am driving a 05 red corolla LE in auto.

I have a few questions to ask all the experts on here, so hopefully I will find my answers here soon. AND I will try to search all over the forum section before I ask!

I am a total noob when it comes to car, but I still want to see if I can DIY on most upgrade/maintenance by myself.

1. Upgrade my audio headunit to Kenwood KDC-HD545U...Do I need new speaker? How to replace if yes

2. Replacing tension belt. Changing battery? < I heard there is a battery charger, right?

3. What type of equipment do I need to buy to do repairs on my car? I don't even know the name of that "thing" that raise the car up...

4. Is it possible to find body kit to make my LE look like an S? <-- haha I know..

5. A dent on my front bumper. Anyway to make it look just like before accident?

I am typing to out right here right now because if someone replies me with a simple answer, it would be very helpful for me to move on searching.

BIG THANKS! =)

Are you thinking of a floor jack? Has wheels and a pump handle. Great to have one and some jack stands. As for speakers, I have never pulled mine. In the past I have just used the upgraded radio until the speakers needed replacing and then replaced. Tension belt and battery charger? There is an alternator that charges the battery and it is run off the crank pulley by a belt. It is good to check the condition of the belt. As for the dent on the plastic bumper skin it will need body work/paint to make it fully go away.
