Ok, did this over the weekend. 20 min job if you know what to do.
First, there are 4 lower mechanical fastners on the bottom. 2 screws in the front of the skin behind the fender liner. 4 mechanical retaining clips in the trunk. 4 nut/stud fasters.
Here is a picture of the removed skin:
First: pull the bottom fastners.
Second: pull the trunk liner. The hard plastic has 3 fastners and a pita claw clip to the left of the trunk latch. After that pull the 2 fastners that hold the fabric liner. Push the liner up into the middle of the trunk out of the way.
Third: remove the top fender liner fastner only.
With this one removed and the bottom fastner removed the liner will push out of the way and reveal the screw.
Forth: remove the 4 10mm nuts from the retaining studs located above the bumper.
Fifth: pull the skin out from each fender a little and release the retaining clips in the trunk.

Last: pull the skin off the car.
