crank but NO START...

I try to turn my car on but it does not start. Battery is fine and starter cranks normal but engine just doesn't start. When i turn key to ON their is no CEL indicator.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, i drove the car earlier today w.o any problems. I come back few hours later and this problem occurs. It is 0 degree's out as well...

What year is your car? Did you get the recall notice? Try adding a red bottle of Heet to the gas. Battery terminals clean? How old is your battery?

Its a 2005 model. Had the ecu replaced couple weeks ago under the recall. Battery is fully charged.

I would describe it as if the ecu was not connected. Car cranks perfectly normal, everything else seems fine. But the car keeps cranking and never turns over.

When you turn the ignition key to ON before starting the car, the "Check engine" light is supposed to come on for a couple of seconds , and then go off, indicating that the engine computer is powered on. If the "CEL" does not come with the ignition ON, it's possible that there is no power coming to the engine computer (e.g, due to a broken wire, faulty relay, burnt fuse, etc.) or that there is a problem with the engine computer itself.

It's possible the wiring to the ECU is loose or faulty since you have the ECU recently replaced. Or the replacement ECU could be bad. In case you didn't know, the ECU is located under the dash behind the glove box.

I would check to see if you are getting any fuel. I would remove the throttle body air intake hose and spray some ether or throttle body/carb cleaner in there and then try to start it, if it runs for a couple seconds then you have a fuel delivery issue such as fuel pump, fuel pump relay, fuel pump wiring, or fuel injectors not firing for some reason.
