Intake Gasket Repair

Is there a write up on this that someone has done? I have the Haynes manual but wouldn't mind seeing how others have done it in the past. Apparently it's supposed to be pretty straight forward and quick. I'm gonna pick up the gasket tomorrow. Did everyone replace the throttle body gasket as well? thx
