USA multiple problems. 05'

i received a letter from toyota several months ago about the ecm. and after reading a thread or two about ecm's i've decided to call the toyota of orange dealership. my questions are, how should i approach them as i am only 18 years old and can i get free stuff if in fact my ecm is bad?

next up is my clock. sometimes i works, most of the time it doesn't. any solutions that involve $0 ?

and finally, how do i fix my bent and dried "window run" (i think thats the name).

I have attached a youtube video link on how to repair your clock. As for the recall, I would just walk into the service department and show them the letter. Your car is involved in a recall, it is a free repair, they should honor it regardless of your age without any hassle.

My wife's 05 clock has just starting going on the fritz as well, I might just put in a new H/U with a clock so I don't have to mess with the OEM one.

Just call up your local stealership, tell them you rec'd the letter, ask if they have the ECM's in and if they do schedule an appt, nothing further needed to be done on your end,.
