my daughter has a 2003 corolla she is have problem with the lights the highs work but nit the dem any ideas thanks

checked the bulbs? do they work if you turn the switch on the end of the turn signal stalk?

Headlight relay? Assuming both fuses or both bulbs didn't die at once. Check two low beam 10A fuses, both headlamps, one 40A headlight fuse. I believe the 40A is common to both low and high, but not sure. Another part involved may be the the daytime running light relay.
