1zz Intake manifold gasket problem! HELPPP PLEASE

Hey everyone, I'm in need of help!!

I just finished replacing the intake gasket on my 1zz vibe today, after installing I started it up and it ran very rough (like it was misfiring). It was also idling very low (around 700-800).
Shut it down and double checked I connected all vacuum and water lines, I did.
Started it again and it had the same symptoms.
Shut it off and I disconnected the battery for a few minutes, and triple checked all the connections
Now it wont even start, I dont know what to do, please help!

What do you mean it won't even start up now? Does it keep cranking, just doesn't catch?

A vacuum leak will easily cause a very poor running engine, could be anything from missing a hose (put hose on wrong section), gasket got bunched up somewhere and causing a leak, damaged the throttlebody when taking it off (hopefully you didn't play with the TPS sensor on the side), disconnected the MAF and forgot to put it back on, vacuum leak at the brake booster, etc.

Did you take a pic of the engine and labeled all the hoses/wires before you started - as it is really easy to miss one, even if you had experience with this before.

Since the car is not starting - disconnect the battery and remove the intake manifold. Verify that the gasket is still in good shape. Put a straight edge on the intake manifold flange to verify that is it straight - possible that it is warped and causing you issues.

What prompted you to replace the intake manifold gasket - was there a problem before?
