hello Toyota people .. first post here, i'm usually on the Jeep forum talking about suspension mods and other redneck things.
Wife called this morning freaking out because a mouse was running inside her Corolla on the way to work. I thought it was pretty funny, she didnt.
I searched and came across a post from 2008 about adding a screen to the intake vents somewhere under the windsheild. I'm guessing this is a 2 beer job. I'll add some screen to the vent intakes to keep the critters out.
However, the post from 2008 did not mention the mouse actually getting into the cabin, only the vent system.
So naturally, the next question is: Are there any other ways for the mouse to get into the cabin of a 2006 Corolla? Will screening the air intake keep them out or there are other places ot block entry?
ps. i already pulled and replcaed the cabin air filter 2 wks ago, pulled out a huge nest from the air filter chamber. the little bastard is back and this time he's in the cabin, chewing up the tissues in the glove box. dammit toyota why did you make a holy car?
