Power Steering Fluid

I have a 2004 LE corolla. Toyota recommend their automatic transmission fluid(ATF) to replace the old power steering fluid. Is this correct? If so, how much do I need? Where is the drain?

Thanks.

I use Amsoil synthetic ATF. It takes almost a quart:

They now make power steering specific fluid, but only in 16 oz bottles: http://www.woodsbrosracing.com/amsoil/psf.htm

Start filling reservoir with new fluid which flows through pump and rack+pinion, as old fluid comes out attached hose. Keep filling reservoir while turning steering wheel all the way back and forth a few times. Reinstall bottom hose when fluid comes out clean and red. Remove plug and quickly rehook hose on reservoir, then fill up to max cold line. Turn steering all the way both sides a couple times and keep refilling to bleed air out. It takes almost a quart.
