Need to change door Rubber Seal Strip - driver side

I have a Corolla '04 where the rubber seal strip on the driver side, on the chassis, is teared and lays flat causing the noise inside the vehicle when driving to be quite loud. I want to change this myself, but can't seem to find any instructions on how to do this online. I am no car mechanic, but trying to save some bucks by doing this one myself. Any one know of an images showing how to do this, or have done this?

Great thanks in advance for any help!

(PS. I got the new rubber seal strip from Toyota)
