Whats a reasonable price for my '05 LE

Hey eveyone,

Well as much as it pains me to do so, I am selling my '05 LE. I have done all the typical research and looked at Craigslist, Ebay, KBB and NADA to get an ballpark figure. The problem is that those sites dont take into account all the stuff that is done to the car.

Fresh paint (no accident, just wanted a new color)
17" wheels and tires for sumer
Factory steel wheels and tires for winter
Tinted windows
Remote Start w/keyless entry
$3500 Strereo system (Kenwood Excelon, Infinity Kappa's and Soundstream Amps)
New TYR blackout headlights
Added factory style foglights
Painted all fake woodgrain black to match stereo install
K&N Filter (not CAI just panel)

Not its mostly just little stuff but it adds up for a nice package I think. I certainly dont expect to get what I paid for all of this stuff out of it, I dont expect to get mor than a standard LE would demand.

So with about 150,000 miles, is $8500 - $10000 out of line??

NADA shows a 'Clean Retail' is about $9500. Just for my personal opinion, none of that stuff you added does a thing for me as far as 'extra' pricing. I guess you would have to find somebody that wanted a modified Corolla LE. For me the less a car is screwed with the more cash I am willing to shell out. That being said, the price range you mentioned is within used car guidelines. Once you personalize a car, it may attract a few that might not have noticed before and it also turns off other prospective buyers. Good luck with the sale!!!
