axle woes

I have a question about axles. I have an 05 corolla. I replaced my axle 1 week ago because the boot ripped. I put a rebuilt axle on and as soon as I pulled out of the driveway and made a left the axle started making the clicking noise. I couldn't believe it so, I waited one week but the noise would always appear when I made left turns. I took the axle out and was told that it is possible that my car may be breaking the axles. I told the person that it started clicking as soon as I pulled out of the driveway. I put in another rebuilt axle on today and low and behold the axle starts clicking as soon as I make a left out of the driveway. I'm very annoyed but, I'm curious as to what could cause my axle to start clicking prematurely. I'm wondering if it is my car and what would cause it or is it that the person rebuilding it is not doing a good job. Please advise

I would tend to think the repair on the axle is not being done properly rather than 'the car breaking the axle'. Never heard of a car consistently and repeatedly breaking the axle.

I think you should try a different place or opt for replacing the axle with a brand new one.

Hi Silver04rollas, I tend to agree with you. How can the car just break the axle on the first turn that is only 20 feet away. The axle is the original axle that the car has had since it was new. The car now has 144,000 miles and it has never had this problem before. I'm guessing that maybe the axle itself may be tired and needs to be replaced with a new one. My only problem is that my axle has that rubber dampener on it and when I get a new one they never have it. I tried to put one without the rubber dampener on it and the car started to vibrate violently when I just hit the gas. Let me just explain that I am not flooring the car. I am just accelerating at a regular speed.
