i have looked in the manual and it states if it is hard to get brake disc off , take out middle consill and slacken off nuts , then pull out rubber gromet from disc and there should be a star shaped adjusment to allow to slacken off brake shoes . i can not see this defice at all and need help please

Rear brake shoes are in drums, not discs (rotors) like the front brakes... You can press out the drum with two metric bolts tightened in the threaded holes on flat outer surface.

You can use the spare tire screw in one hole then the other, and so on...

You can screw bolt in the two holes. I remember M8 1.25 bolt is the one you need.
But I think the hardest part is one of the springs, extremely tight.

He is from the UK so probably has disk brakes in the rear.

cheers for your help. i had trouble getting the one disc off, as it came off it pulled the retaining clip off that holds the brake shoe. i put it back on , drove the car and suddenly a large squealing sound from the back , iremoved the disc and found that the retaining clip and the pin had totally disintergrated , so now i need to find a place that sells these. its hard to find anywhere

Can you show a picture what it is now?
NAPA sells drum brake hardware kit, maybe you'll find what you need. Just make sure they do shipping outside USA.
