Got hit n' run in a parking lot while shopping in my driver side rear bumper/quarter panel $1400 250 deductible, just got the car back Friday, they didn't have to replace the bumper just took it off to repair and paint, when I got it back it had about a half inch gap not a firm fit between the bumper/quarter panel(check pictures) and I could even see the flange slots...I told them there was suppose to be a flange/hook on the quarter panel lip that snapped into the two flange holes on the bumper to form a tight fit on both sides, they told me I was wrong and they put it on correct...My question is does anyone know what I'm taking about and what that snap in flange looks like cause they're apparently gone and so I can buy one and shove it in their faces? This is a reputable collision place I'm talking about and they did a great job on the color!
Tail light is on back order, stock bumper of picture!
Do you think Toyota parts would have this part? Thanks
