Canada Minor Dent/Paint scratched- 04' Corolla S

Hey guys
I just recently bought an 04' Corolla S, with about 100,000 KM on it
There is a minor dent maybe 2" length, 3" wide right under the back left tail light. It looks like i could pop the dent back into place? any suggestions??

There are also some minor scratches/paint missin from abbrasions or keys. Is the best way to fix that just use the extra-paint pen/brush that came with the car??

Im a car rookie for fixes like this, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers

Try adding some pictures, It'll give people here a better understating of your problem...You didn't say what color car you have but trying to fill in some types of scratches with the touch up paint can sometimes make it look worse JMO, you might consider buffing them out if they're not too deep, as far as the dent you should be able to get at the back of it from your trunk just pop your side liner out and look or just feel! A rake handle fell on my front fender a couple years ago and made a nice dent that broke the paint, The ding man wanted $350 to fix it, I tried all kind of ways of popping it out but couldn't, then tried to bondo it and made a mess, and wound up having a collision friend fix/paint it for $200...Good luck

It's kind of hard to see from all the reflection of the sun, but they look like they should buff out with some polish applied with a random orbital buffer.

The paint might crack if the dent is knocked out. I wouldnt advise touching up the paint with the touch-up kit as it may look worse.
