Corolla 2005 Ce alignment Question

I replaced two rear tires in my 2005 Corolla CE (at that time milege 57K) about 6months ago by sears. Also they did wheel alignment. Now after 3K miles, when I went for a tire rotation, they mentioned that my car needs wheel aligment.

The specs from alignment pix are as follows:

Total Front Toe left: The arrow is on 0.10 degrees.
Total Front Toe right: The arrrow is on 0.10 degree
Camber Left front: The arrow is more towards -1.1 degree (scale is 0.4 to -1.1 degree)
camber right front: The arrow is again towards -1.1 degree (scale is -1.1 to 0.4).
Total Rear Toe: Both for left and right the arrows are center of -0.05 to 0.22
Camber Left Rear: The arrow is center of -0.9 to -1.9 degrees
Camber Right Rear: The arrow is more towards -0.9

Does it need alignment

Thanks
Venky

Your alignment is ok. Rear wheel alignment won't change on its own, and can't be adjusted without adding tapered shims. Only front wheel alignment is needed when replacing front struts, front wheel bearings or tie-rod ends... Why was it aligned at 57k, and why did they check your alignment now and tell you it needs to be adjusted again?

It was aligned at 57K as two rear tires were worn out prematurely probably due to bad alignment while the front two tires were fine. so an alignment was done at 57K when they replaced the two tires. Since the service came with free rotation, I just took it for tire Rotation last week when the sears guy recommended another alignment and gave me a printout of the specs. Just wanted to make I am not taken for ride.

Thanks,

If they really did align it at 57k, they would'nt say it's still off 3k later. Those are probably the same numbers they had at 57k, which look ok to me... They certainly didn't remove rear bearing hubs to shim them out. Rear wheel bearing hubs are solid mounted to a one piece axle beam with no adjusters. Rear alignment can only change with a severe parts bending hit.

The front alignment in my opinion needs to be done. The numbers look a bit off.
