Question o2 sensor help?

Quick question here
On my 2006 toyota corolla, the code p0138 showed up after I scanned it.

It is the code for Bank 1 Sensor 2 high voltage.

What does this mean?

Do I just replace the o2 sensor or is there another way of fixing it?

what brand of sensor did you use? Bosch brand sensor seem to have problems with our Corollas, many recommend Denso brand.
