Help Replacing Belt Tensioner Pulley

Need help on replacing the belt tensioner pulley.

Once the belt is removed.
Do you need to remove the entire Tensioner assy to replace the tensioner pulley? Or can you just remove the bolt holding the pulley to arm to replace the pulley.
What are all the torque spec for the tensioner pulley bolts

Best way to replace the tensioner is to first remove the motor mount. Jack up the car and place a piece of wood underneath the oil pan. Lower the car enough where the motor can rise up and that you are able to reach the bolt for the tensioner.
