2003 Corolla Engine spec and Engine mod question

I have 03 corolla 1.5 L auto transmission. I have been looking for ways to upgrade negine performance for while now. BUt coundt be very hopeful. So far, I have updated sports alumunium dual spark plug, cinthetic mobile oil, HKS ait intake charger, and a strut. I dont even know how much horsepower and torque my engine is now capable of producing.

Any advice? Also any one knows how much difference would it make between a manual transmission corolla and auto transmission corolla? my fastest 0 - 100 is 21 secs with which I am not satisfied. ANy idea how to increase horsepower and torque? Is it posible to install a trubo kit on VVTI? Suggestion please.
