Lights gone trying to install led plate light

ok so i have a big problem with my 2004 , i was trying to install a led plate light that i bought thanks to the horrible instructions i now have no lights on my gauges or on the inside and i have no plate light. Ok so i seen two wires on the inside of the trunk that lead no where and they were green/white and black/white wires so i cut them and tried to get power from them...didnt work then i cut the stock plate light wires and tried to attach them .... didnt work also....if someone could help me get my lights working again i would appreciate it

Dude, you don't just go cutting wires any old place you have no clue what you are doing. You probably blew a fuse, so check that, but you want to fix the wires first. And with the LEDs, did you try swapping them 180 degrees in the socket? They only light one way.
