AC Lights always on.
the condenser should be good.
theres a new cabin air filter.
i swapped the relay and the same..
and i took to flush and refill the refrigerant i am getting 40F
but still when i am acelerating or sometimes stopping that triggers the compressor somehow
could it be the compressor clutch?
when the problem started i got to see it stop one time .
this is driving me nuts!

Before you spend 5 hrs trying to replace the expansion valve unnecessarily, check the MG/CLT relay (AKA the AC relay) which is labeled under the fuse box lid, under the hood in the fuse panel above the battery, swap it with the horn relay and see if that fixes your issue.
Odds are pretty good it is a bad MG/CLT relay if all your pressures are ok. Every time someone says it is the expansion valve that is bad on a 9th gen corolla it is usually the MG/CLT relay that goes bad.
