Engine light won't go off on Corolla

Good evening I have a 2005 Corolla S.
Has about 70 000 km on it now.
No problems

Problem is the yellow engine light won't go out. That is the light with the picture of the motor with the fan on it. on far left.

I know my engine is fine and no problems.

Just car was just at Toyota dealership for oil change the other day. No problems were seen.

Day after I got my car rust protected
underneath as well

After a few hours of sitting i started car up and the light was on. No known problems in car. Drove it 800km since then , no problems, no noises or anything

i have taken the gas cap off a few times and put back on
but light stays on.

What do you recommend? I think just a sensor situation?

Anyways to reset all the stuff in the car? any switches/
or what do you all recommend?
thanks

Get it scanned. Many parts stores will do this for free. DO NOT BUY ANY PARTS until you let us know what the trouble codes are. They have a bad habit of pushing the parts that may or may not have anything to do with your problem!

I once had a guy pay me $800 to put his evaporator in his Jeep Grand Cherokee. Since those are known for blowing evaporators I didn't really think twice of it. When all was said and done he came back complaining because his check engine light was still on. Turns out Autozone scanned it and got an Evaporative Emisssions failure code and sold him an Air Conditioning Evaporator to fix his problem!

He was pretty ticked off but that was really something he should have told me beforehand!
