loud grinding sound when I came to a complete stop

My 2007 toyota Corolla S has 96k miles Recently i replaced my Rotors a Week ago
and my brakes pads maybe 1 year ago i havent replaced my Rear drums before.
recently when i leave my car for couple hours when i come back and i leave the parking lot i can hear a tiny bit of grinding noise but nothing loud. yestarday while i was driving i pulled up to a light to turn right. When i came to a complete stop i heard this loud loud grinding noise so i after i tested my brakes nothing it was working fine. My mechanic i go to said anything about replacing the brake pads with the new rotors

honestly its just the breaks sometimes when you get cheap brand or non ceramic or not shave or cut properly rotors get glaze
also if its not install properly the warning bar will make noise like a grinding noise

try this
with a 750 or 900 fine grid sandpaper or similar sand down the break on a circular motion all around and the rotor too if looks glaze(like shining crome) it suppose to be rough do that or get new rotors

the rotors and brake pads are from Toyota

will this matter if it was a raining day

i also took a little 2 hour trip to my friends house and then headed back for another 2 hour drive. during the drives it was raining will this cause it to make a grinding nose when i come to a stop
