Radiator Fan intervals

Tried running a search and nothing came up relevant to my topic.

Car: 2005 Corolla LE - 76K on the odometer.

Car runs great but I notice the radiator fan comes on A LOT. Start the car and the fan comes on almost 2 mins later, cold nights if the car is idling the fan comes on, warm days fan comes on just as regularly (which is expected on warm days).

Is this something I should be concerned about? The temp gauge is normal and not shooting off the charts, I'm just going by other cars I own where the fan only comes on if the engine is extremely warm and needs to be cooled down.

Thanks!

The fan comes on anytime the engine needs to be cooled down or any time the A/C compressor is on.

It's also important to know that the A/C compressor doesn't only come on with the A/C... some heater and defrost settings will make it come on as well.

As long as the temp gauge is normal and there are no warning lights on I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
