clean the throttle body pictured.

"I have a question but also a small problem in my car and that is when accelerating and vece noticed that the throttle is slow to respond"

I would start with a spray can of throttle body cleaner, just remove the intake boot, hold the throttle body open and saturate the interior with the cleaner. let it soak 5 min & clean with a toothbrush and shop rag. it probably has carbon buildup on the inside and is making the throttle action sluggish. its a $5.00 service if you have to buy the cleaner.

how are the spark plugs? using NGK or Denso ?

Are you saying it used to be quicker, but recently became slower??? Or you never experienced any quicker response? ?

since ive purchased the car in september ive been feeling it like this, in high acceleration it feels fine its in low.

One question also, what maintains rpms stable? is it sensor or is it the throttle that helps?

Your original intake manifold gasket is probably leaking and affecting idle stability. Replace with Toyota's revised gasket.
