At just before 100,000 miles they were inspected on my car and I was told they still had 70% left. When I inspected them myself at ~55,000 they looked basically brand new.
They needed to be replaced for the first time on my last Corolla at 185,000.
That's the blessing/curse of rear drum brakes...their braking properties suck, but they last forever!
