Depends on the tire manufacturer and model.

Most of the 185 treadwidth will fit a 7" wide wheel. You'll have to look up the specs of the specific tire to see if that is safe. If it is in spec - a tire shop will have no problem mounting that tire on that wheel. If it is outside of spec, 50/50 if a shop will do it.

I know many shops that will not mount the tire, if it doesn't fall into spec for the wheel, mainly for liability reasons. Different policies from shop to shop - some will do it if you sign a waiver.

I wouldn't worry about the width of the wheel. Since it sounds like you've come upon some aftermarket wheels, the things that determine whether they'll be good for your car are
a) number of lug holes and pattern (i.e. 4 stud or 5 stud and 4x100 or 5x100 etc)
(I learned the hard way that camry 5 lug wheels would not fit my corolla's 5 lug wheels--the bolt pattern wasn't even close to what I needed so I could only get it onto two lugs no matter how hard I tried)

b) the wheel's offset number. If the offset isn't right your tires might stick out too far and rub the fenders.
