USA 2004 Corolla S (Oil leaking above the filter)

Hello all, I'm in a need of some help..... not very car savy here. I noticed oil leaking, at first I thought it was the seal on the oil pan, so I replaced the gasket and oil filter.

After wiping everything clean, seems that the leak is above the oil filter, where the oil pressure switch (I think thats what it is call..... has electric wire going into it).... nothing above that is leaking.

Was snowing this morning..... better picture later

So if i was to replace that... do I need to do a full drain in order to replace the oil pressure switch..... (if there is a guide already can someone point me into the right direction)

Thanks in advance, if need photo I can post where it is leaking from.

no need to drain oil to replace that oil pressure sensor.

It may just need to be tightened if it's leaking at the threads.

Toyota oil pressure switch assembly part number 83530-28020. $35.05 retail, $25.75 from:
