Replacing throttle body gasket with intake manifold gasket?

Called a local dealer for the intake manifold gasket and the guy said it would be a good idea to replace the throttle body gasket as well. Is it true or are they just trying to upsell? And does this need to be a dealer item?

I've cleaned my tb a few times over the years, including the gasket, and it was always perfect so its still on the original at 167k miles. But since its probably just a $4 item its not a dollar decision so much as effort. You might as well get a new one as long as you are up for giving your tb and iac valve a good cleaning while you are in there. Otherwise I'd just leave the old one.

If he's charging more than 10 bucks, skip it. I pulled mine off at about 100k and it looked brand new. Replacing it yourself would probably take less than a half hour, too.
