I bought one from Toyota 6 years ago for my 95 Corolla. Clock came with install directions. I think it also had pictures. Check out the Toyota parts dealer you see on Toyota Nation or do a google search. I use John at Sierra Vista Toyota in AZ

Junkyard or dealer or fleabay. Try repairing it first:

Any dealer can help you. Install directions should come with it. I recommend an internet dealer unless you get a discount from a local dealer. My son and I are responsible for 7 toyotas between us and the local dealer gives us a discount as we try to use OEM if economically feaseable. You have a better chance of a discount if the dealer knows you.

Buy it on ebay or a junkyard and save yourself hundreds of dollars. List price for an OEM clock is over US $280. Why do you want to buy a new one and not repair the old one? Not sure of shipping costs from US to Canada. PN for the clock is 83910-02070.

Yellow Pages under Auto Recycling, Auto Salvage, Auto Wrecking..Are among the few names, you came also google it for places in your area, I would call them first to see if they have your model in inventory if they do they might be able to even tell you if the clock is still there and available!

The MSRP for the clock is $283.39. The clocks all seem to predictably break in exactly the same way. The fix is cheap. If you are not handy with soldering electronic components, try searching Ebay for "Toyota Clock Repair". I don't know why there aren't any listed on Ebay now, unless because ones taken from salvaged Corollas are mostly broken, too.
