Dude Faisal is right, you need to punctuate more. Seriously punctuation is your friend.
As far as CEL, it means "check engine light" and it has to do with your emissions control crap. The Injen intake is the only one with the proper hookups for your smog pump. If you go to 9th gen and tell them you are having trouble with a search, me or someone else will assist you. Do yourself a favor and register there for XRS help.
The ground kit is just electrical grounds for your engine bay. They are usually generic, just being pieces of wire that you cut out, crimp, and install yourself. If you can't figure it out just stay far away from cars in general. Mine is an HKS unit, it has the center hub. Others are a "daisy chain" which is just a bunch of wires connected to one another in a chain from part to part in your engine bay. Here's a pic of my engine bay
