this is what the guy wrote....

This is a fresh head, no miles since rebuilt. It is the head you need for
your 93. Shipping will run 31.00.

then in the next email...

Shipping will be 5-7 days. The head is pretty much ready to go. The cam
gear needs transferred over from your head. Also the valve lash needs set
after you installed the head. You set it by adjusting a bolt in the rocker
and checking the clearence between the rocker and the cam. It will show you
how to do it in your manual. The price is 159 plus 31 shipping.

and then his last email...

The valves, springs cam and rockers are installed. Paypal is best there are
no fees for you. I have to pay a small fee but no big deal.

is this a hard process to switch cam gears over? setting valve lash, etc.???
