Hi Claude, the Qm twinplate im not sure of the part # as its custom made to my needs. So it starts off with a generic number which I cant remember off the top of my head. Basically starts off as a V-drive Rally unit.

The flywheels I make my self, fully CNCd.

Price on the whole kit is $1700NZD (Approx $1300USD) + Shipping.
That also includes a custom billet steel bearing cradle to house a conical bearing (makes clutch pedal feel like a stock clutch!).
Bolt kit
Custom billet steel flywheel with ring gear
Custom QM twinplate clutch setup
All ready to bolt onto your car.

Also nice build Claude, just wanted to make sure you corrected the engine timing with the setup? meaning your cam gear marks will be 10 deg offset to bring them to TDC with the crank. What i've done is re-key the crank sprocket so this makes all the marks line up to zero on the cam gears, makes life a bit easier!

Badza ,

I think we can talk for hours about our setup .

My cam gear are something like -8 and -5 degrees to be at tdc with the crank. I will recalculate later as I wait for a complete new race head and new cams.

1-For the clutch kit , if you live in New Zealand and the quarter master are made in USA I paid twice the shipping ?

2-Let me know also your delay for the whole kit and compatibility with different tranny. (I currently have stock celica 7afe trans. but I dream to have one 4agze builded like yours).

3- You are not affraid about harmonical vibration to the oil pump gears by using aluminum crank pulley ?

Claude,

1. I can get my supplier to send it directly to you from the USA for the clutch part. You will save around $40USD this way as thats what it costs to ship to my country, but then save more on shipping from my country to you as the parts will weigh less. You still will have to pay for shipping of the flywheel, bearing and cradle. I will get a quote to ship the flywheel & bearing to USA.

2. If your using the 7afe trans then the spline on the clutch would need to be the smaller size, therefore not compatible with the gze gear box spline. So you need to decide what to choose as the RY plates in these clutches are not cheap to change.

3. I actually dont use a alloy pulley I use a stock 20v one with the center part changed to billet steel (yes on the 20v blacktop you can press the center out), as the stock centers after a while crack and then your crank key falls out resulting is disaster. I also make and sell these centers.

regarding the timing being out, I can re-key the crank sprocket to bring the timing back to where it should be, I only charge $60NZD to do this.

Thats not a knock, its actually back fire through the wastegate pipes. Sometimes it throws flames, sometimes no flames just noise.

what he's saying is the input shaft is bigger on gze trans, and the clutch is 215mm not 200 like fe. and i think the pressure uses more space (gze PP wouldn't fit into FE bell-housing)

Yes I can supply a brand new OEM sprocket and the re-key for $160NZD + shipping.

Or if you wanted me to source a 2nd hand sprocket it would be $60NZD + cost of 2nd hand sprocket ($10-20).
Also I would need to know which sprocket you wanted to use. 16v (same as 20v silvertop), or the blacktop 20v. Both are different, blacktop being 2mm wider therefore blacktop crank pulley is 2mm shorter on the snout.

All depends on what crank pulley you are going to run...

atm i have a 7A bottom end and was prob using large-port head since i have so many and they flow well enough.

as for trans as soon as i can source a late E-58 like the ae101 version ill be going with that.

oh and if you think 2nd hand is good enough (i don't see why it wouldn't) i'll purchase one as soon as its available so i have a reason to start putting this thing together

2nd hand is fine, you would just want to check if its LSD or not.
AE101 GTZ's all came with viscous LSDs. Therefore you need to corresponding driveshaft to run the viscous.
They come with an electronic speedo sensor not a cable type but can be changed to cable easily.

Also run motul gear FF oil
