1991 toyota corolla mods - Need Advice

I have a 4-door 1991 toyota corolla... i'm not sure what model of the corolla, as it only says corolla on the back of the car... there's no "dlx" or anything like that... anyways...

I am looking into buying a body kit, neon lights for the underside, custom rims, cold air intake, header, exhaust, and some other mods...

I am wondering what cold air intakes, exhaust, and headers i should look into buying... I don't want a loud sound... just something a lil bit louder than stock...

I also would like to know what bodykits look good on the car, and what rims do too...

I have found a K&N, Weapon-R (not on my price range), Vibrant, and AEM CAI... which is best??

I should also say that i am looking into brands that will boost the performance of the car...

THANX IN ADVACE!!

the k&n is the best for me, but the AEM are nice too, and i whill choose one of them only.

a friend just have put a "evotion" titanium exhaust, and the sound is nice, is not too loud.

well, for your body kit i think that you will have to see for a custommade one, because there's no so much aerodinamic's bodykits for that model.
just be shure that te person who is goin to made your body kit use fat fiberglass, or use many fiberglass for improve the duravility of the kit.

a nice body kit whith OZ superlegera :daaamn:

toyota dealers still sell wings/spoiler for the car (i have one :p) but like juls said, the body kit can only be custom made, as none exist for that cdar (and i think that look better without anyway :p) also if you prefer amber flashers in the back and in the front, you can change them with 88 to 90 block/reflector as the car is the same model

for the performance you can make a swap with one of the GT-S engine (a 4A-GE, wich is better than the 4A-FE that you have)

4dr AE92 Corollas and body kits don't mix.. they look Ugly! thankfully there isn't many (or any) of them out there, they're very hard to find.

I would suggest doing a bumper conversion from the north american to the Euro or Japanese bumpers and headlights, the car would look a LOT better than an ugly bodykit.

As for intakes, try the cosmo intakes, they're cheap alternatives to the big name, big price intakes.

euro headlights dont match up with the hood nor the corner lights with the USDM fenders... They're different. Japan is somewhere in the middle, with the headlights and fenders like the USDM stuff, but with the non-5mph bumper.... the bumper is a joke seriously

why dont you try this:

1st, buy lowering springs and get your car to the floor,
2nd, buy body lips, front rear and back
3rd, put some rims to your car (16's are a good rim for your car)

if you keep unsatisfied, look for bodykits!.

but try to keep your car clean as possible, keep the rice on a plate, not on the street lñskdfj
