Carb Tuning: Need Help
Ok, apparently these carbs are a pain. On my 4AF, it's the 3rd carb I had installed, rebuilt myself. I'm sure all inlets/ outlets, gaskets, etc. are all fine if not new. Clean and all.
I pretty have it operating good enough for almost a year now. However, I could never get it to run right.
When the engine is at operating temperatures, it sounds like fuel is collecting and make the engine skip a beat at about every two to three second intervals at idle, which is around 1.3k RPM. About the RPM, I want it to come down to .8k RPM, but the engine will stall out.
With the foot on the gas, everything is fine.
Is there a screw that control fuel flow into the carb?
