Honestly anybody else who gives you a step by step R&R... it's going to be their step by step and may not mesh with how you do it.
The order of most things doesn't matter.... IE, wiring, fuel lines, coolant lines, and axles all have to come out regardless of the order. However, best tricks in my arsenal are:
drain radiator and trans at the same time while pulling fuel lines and wiring (motor doesn't need to be drained to be pulled). After those are empty then in either order pull the axles and the coolant lines.
Mounts go in this order:
middle lower trans mount(if using it)
rear trans mount
front trans mount
attach hoist and get some tension on the engine.... remove the ENTIRE driver side mount (it's 2 pieces, remove both), then remove the passenger side motor mount. Hoist it up at a 30-40* angle with the motor being higher than the trans to clear the battery bracket and mount.
I recently pulled a complete motor/trans from my SR5 (though i've done it several times and it now has a 4age in it) in 92 minutes..... I had driven it home from work and the engine was still warm when it came out.
